-The Con-way Freight team will be racing chassis RK-55 at Milwaukee. It last ran at Phoenix in 2007 when Travis Kvapil finished 23rd.

-Braun continues to lead the Raybestos Rookie standings. He now has an 18-point lead over second-place driver Justin Marks.

-Braun is 15th in the overall driver point standings, but is only 70 points out of 10th place. He has one top-five and four top-10 finishes this season.

-He has never raced at Milwaukee, but did get some laps in a Sprint Cup car last week at a test.

-Braun will also pilot the No. 16 CitiFinancial Ford Saturday night in the Nationwide event.

Colin Braun on racing at Milwaukee:

"I feel like our team has been on a bit of a roll lately.  We have top-10 finishes at Dover and Michigan this month so I'm looking forward to Milwaukee this weekend.  I've never raced there, but I was able to get some laps in a Sprint Cup car during a test last week.  At least now I'll have a little experience when I get there on Friday.  It helps to know what the track feels like and how it drives.  It looks like a big, stretched-out Martinsville, you really have to slow down for the corners.  I'll be running the Nationwide race there as well on Saturday, so hopefully it will be a good weekend for me with both teams."

Crew chief Mike Beam on racing at Milwaukee:

"Milwaukee can be pretty challenging since it's so flat, but the fact that Colin got to spend some time up there last week will certainly help him.  He picks up on new tracks so quickly that I don't worry about it too much anymore.  He'd never been to Dover or Michigan and got top 10's at both places, so we're really looking forward to the second half of the season when we start going back to some of these tracks.  He should really be good then."
