Colin Braun came to his home state of Texas looking for a win, but in the end came away with his third top-five finish in four starts at the 1.5-mile speedway.  Braun fought the handling of the No. 6 Con-way Freight True LTL Ford F-150 early in the race, but after several adjustments throughout the race, the truck was fast when it counted at the end.

-Braun will be racing chassis RK-43 at Texas. This is the same truck that won at Michigan in June and most recently raced at Las Vegas in September.

Colin Braun won the pole and led the most laps during the race, but did not lead the most important lap - the final one.  After coming back from some damage on lap 65, Braun was in fifth when he took the white flag but ended up 12^th when the checkered flag fell.
